πŸ—ΊοΈ Where Everything Is

The complete map of every file, folder, account, and backup β€” written so that if this computer died today, you (or Hermes) could rebuild everything from this one page plus the backups it points to.

🏠 How to Use This Document

πŸ’½ Drives and Big Folders

Important discovery: there are TWO different Dropbox folders on this computer. They contain different files. Neither is a copy of the other. Knowing which one holds what is the single biggest time-saver when restoring.

Drive X: β€” the big legacy Dropbox (most stuff lives here)

X:\Dropbox\
FolderWhat it holds
X:\Dropbox\cf-pages\Source code for every HTML report page ever built. One folder per website slug. This is the most important folder on the machine (see CF Pages).
X:\Dropbox\hermes_projects\Working folders for major projects (digitalassetideas, loot47, dropsites, stucco-leadgen, planner-app, wfm-client, crushingdebts, and more).
X:\Dropbox\loot47\The Loot47 product: sales page (get-loot47\), ad images, reports, and the sprint plan.
X:\Dropbox\downloads\ad-tracker\Ad Tracker source code (the thing running at ad-tracker.seosemworks.workers.dev).
X:\Dropbox\downloads\bfx_stucco_sites\Stucco lead-generation websites (synced to GitHub).
X:\Dropbox\wfm-backups-mirror\Full website backups for fatiguedoctornc.com and heartburnreliefnc.com.
X:\Dropbox\downloads\Hermes-Backup-Guide.mdWritten backup guide for the Hermes system.
X:\Dropbox\BUSINESS\, accounts\, personal\Old business records, accounting, personal files (long history, kept as-is).

Drive C: β€” programs, Hermes, and the SECOND Dropbox

C:\Users\webcl\Dropbox\ ← a different Dropbox folder from X:\Dropbox\
FolderWhat it holds
C:\Users\webcl\Dropbox\downloads\leadgen-sites\The lead-generation site fleet (about 50 sites, synced to GitHub). Note: this is NOT on the X: drive.
C:\Users\webcl\Dropbox\downloads\buildfixinstall-research\Stucco research material.
C:\Users\webcl\Dropbox\downloads\cf-pages-index\Older index material.
C:\Users\webcl\AppData\Local\hermes\ ← the entire Hermes brain (see below) C:\Users\webcl\My Drive\HermesBackups\ ← nightly backups on Google Drive (see Backups)

πŸ“¦ Backups β€” Where They Are and What They Cover

Restore guidesC:\Users\webcl\My Drive\HermesBackups\RESTORE-GUIDE.md and RESTORE-INSTRUCTIONS.mdβ€”Step-by-step instructions for unpacking a Hermes backup.
Bottom line: the two things that cannot be recreated are the Hermes brain and your project source folders. Both are backed up off this computer right now β€” the Hermes brain to Google Drive nightly, the project folders to Dropbox continuously and GitHub on push.

🚨 PC Crash Restore Plan (do these in order)

  1. Get a new PC and install Dropbox and Google Drive for desktop. Both folders sync back automatically β€” X:\Dropbox content and C:\Users\webcl\Dropbox content return, including this document.
  2. Install Hermes Agent (the installer is saved at C:\Users\webcl\AppData\Local\hermes\hermes-setup.exe, also downloadable from hermes-agent.nousresearch.com).
  3. Restore the Hermes brain: take the newest file from C:\Users\webcl\My Drive\HermesBackups\, extract it into C:\Users\webcl\AppData\Local\hermes\, restart Hermes. The written guide sits in that same folder: RESTORE-GUIDE.md.
  4. Reconnect GitHub: credentials file is C:\Users\webcl\.git-credentials. The GitHub account is makbot2000. Clone or pull the four repositories listed in GitHub.
  5. Reconnect Cloudflare: the three token files in the home folder (see Credentials) plus one login command. Account details in Cloudflare.
  6. Re-check cloud services that need no local files β€” just logins: Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, Clerk, Convex, Stripe, Hostinger. Roster in Cloud Services.
  7. Ask Hermes to verify. Once Hermes runs, ask it to read this document and confirm every location in it still checks out.

🌩️ Cloudflare β€” Four Separate Accounts

There are four Cloudflare accounts. Each holds different websites. Tokens are stored in files in your home folder.

AccountAccount IDToken fileWhat lives there
Webcliksnow (main)aed9dfe0135fffb5d40dad0ee9fa0472Set as a Windows environment variable CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN, plus a wrangler login in C:\Users\webcl\.wrangler\Almost every HTML report site (the ~100 projects in X:\Dropbox\cf-pages\). Account is at its project limit β€” new pages may need an old project deleted first.
seosemworks28fd7aa019871684401013717275d653C:\Users\webcl\.cf-seosem.envdigitalassetideas.com, and Workers like the Ad Tracker (ad-tracker.seosemworks.workers.dev).
buildfixinstall (stucco)7383889facf597c47451c81466983e93C:\Users\webcl\.cf-buildfixinstall.envThe stucco lead-generation websites.
shane7e795bddde91d4bdeece157b31560ac9C:\Users\webcl\.cf-shane.envThe Loot47 ads page (loot47-ads).

Account IDs are safe to share (they appear in the dashboard); the tokens inside those files are not.

🌐 CF Pages β€” How the HTML Files Get Built and Deployed

Every report, tool page, and microsite follows the same convention. Understand this and you understand where every HTML file "goes":

  1. Build it here first: create a folder X:\Dropbox\cf-pages\<slug>\ and put index.html in it. The folder name IS the website address.
  2. Deploy it to Cloudflare Pages. It goes live at https://<slug>.pages.dev.
  3. Register it on the master index at cf-pages-index-3ay.pages.dev β€” the one page that lists every site ever deployed.
X:\Dropbox\cf-pages\cf-pages-index-3ay\ ← source for the master index (includes add_index_card.py β€” never hand-edit the big index.html, it corrupts) X:\Dropbox\cf-pages\cf-pages-index-3ay-clean-backup-20261006.html ← clean backup of the index if it ever corrupts
Rule to remember: the local folder in X:\Dropbox\cf-pages\ is the source of truth. If the live website and the local file ever disagree, redeploy from the local folder.
